Sabirabad district is allocated in Mugan steppe. Near the western border of area there, Kura and Araz rivers are in fusion. Climate in the district is moderate. Temperature in summer comes up to 39 C, in winter -5 C. Pomegranate, fig, blackberry, grapes are grown in the district.
